Vinh Phu communal house belongs to residential group 12, Ninh Hiep ward, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province (formerly Vinh An Thon, canton of Trung Quang Phuoc district, Binh Hoa government). Located 30 km north of Nha Trang city.

The relic was built before 1852, to worship Ban Canh Thanh Hoang and worship Tien Hien, Hau Hien… Over time, Vinh Phu communal house was degraded and damaged, so people have restored and respected it many times. create. In 1886, the monument was overhauled; in 1924, restored and embellished a number of degraded work items: roof system, load-bearing wooden frame system; In 1966, the monument was overhauled.

Vinh Phu communal house is located on a large flat land with a total area of 1,306.2m2. The communal house has an overall layout as follows: Nghi Mon, communal house yard, courtroom, martial arts, money sacrifice, main hall, Tien Hien temple, service house.

The money and the main hall are the two main items of the relic.

The sacrifice designed three equal compartments with four entrance doors (three main doors and one armpit door), wooden doors. Cement floor. The roof is covered with western tiles, on the roof is decorated with embossed "Two dragons adoring the moon", the banks are decorated with stylized dragons and clouds. The sacrifice is where people sacrifice offerings to the gods.

The interior of the sacrifice is arranged as follows: on both sides of the gable wall, there are two altars to worship the god of the door, on which are painted pictures of two gods. In the middle is the wooden council altar, the two sides are decorated with a set of holes. After the altar of the Council is a long communal house used to store the "shades of God". Above the communal house hang three horizontal paintings.

The main hall is connected to the altar, designed with three equal compartments, with an area of 41.3m2 to worship the gods, the main deity here is Bon Canh Thanh Hoang, worshiping in the central position. The main hall has three main doors and two side doors, wooden doors. Cement floor. Western tiled roof, including four lower roofs and the roof of the old floor, the roof of the old roof is decorated with embossed "Two dragons adoring the moon", the decorative strip is embossed with stylized dragons and clouds, the roof fringes are made of lotus petals made of bamboo. wood, finely carved.
