Vinh Diem communal house is located at Vinh Diem clump, Ngoc Hiep ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.
Previously, Vinh Diem communal house was in Vinh Diem Thuong village, one of three villages of Vinh Diem commune, the end of Vinh Diem Thuong was close to Phu Vinh station, there was a stream of water flowing down from below, breaking the thick ground, so Mr. Bui Ky Phung and the villagers moved to Lau market (Moi market) in Vinh Diem Ha village and has been located since then.
Vinh Diem village was formerly known as Vinh An village, in 1831 it was changed to Vinh Diem during the administrative reform of King Minh Mang.
The communal house dates back to the late 18th century but was moved to its current location in the early 19th century.
Although it has undergone many restorations and repairs, the tools are now only in the following years: 1941, restored martial arts; in 1956 and 1957 repaired the roof of the communal house and built a martyr's shrine; 2000 paved the yard, replaced the west, built the wall, built the gate; in 2007, rebuilt Tien Hien Temple in a new location, rebuilt Nghi Mon.
Vinh Diem communal house is an architectural work erected by the people to worship the Citadel, Tien Hien, Hau Hien, Son Lam, heroes and martyrs who sacrificed themselves in the October 23 match between Nha Trang and Khanh Hoa. The communal house yard is the burial place of soldiers in the battle of October 23, 1945.

The altars in the main hall are made of wood, the outer surface is embossed with blocks of the four spirits, the four quarters, the shape of a pen, a letter, etc., all have Eastern philosophical meanings. This is one of the most beautiful houses in Khanh Hoa. In addition, the communal house also has a precious object called the dragon family; This ao dai is known as a valuable relic of fine art, history, culture, art ... typical, typical for the architectural style of the Nguyen Dynasty.
Vinh Diem communal house is the world's oldest in the region, goods entering the temple service are welcomed back to the general functions to attend the ceremony. On this day, the festival is held on the 10th day of the third lunar month every year, with the identity of Ba Thien Y A Na from Ba Temple to the communal house.
In 2006, Vinh Diem communal house was ranked by the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province as Decision No. 514/QD-UBND as a provincial historical and cultural relic.
