Vinh Cat communal house belongs to group 9, Vinh Cat village, Suoi Hiep commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province.
Based on the documents of the communal house, the communal house was built around the end of the 18th century - the beginning of the 19th century. The existence of the communal house has undergone many restorations and repairs and in 2017 the communal house is being restored.
Vinh Cat communal house has a total area of: 3,755m2, the frontage is adjacent to the inter-village road, there are 3 main works: Dai Dinh, Ba Temple and East house.

The great communal house was designed in Vauban style (French architecture), with 5 arched doors; There are 2 entrances up and down the two sides built according to the steps. This is a combination of Eastern and Western architectural styles.
The entire architectural structure of the communal house is a wooden frame. The door system of the communal house is designed in the form of a plank; The corners of the doors are carved with stylized clouds of dragons, bats and many patterns and mascots with philosophical meanings according to the concept of Eastern people. However, the communal house does not have many parallel sentences like some other monuments, but on the four columns are engraved 02 pairs of couplets showing high artistic value.
The main hall has columns forming 3 fake doorways (y mon); below each medical subject hangs 01 cloth plate; The top is designed in the style of a plank, carved into small squares.

Vinh Cat Communal House is a relic with many architectural and artistic elements typical for the architecture of the Nguyen Dynasty, clearly and deeply expressing its values in terms of culture, science, history and art. In addition, the communal house also preserves the traditional cultural festival, showing typical cultural activities and beliefs of Khanh Hoa people.
In 2008, Vinh Cat communal house was ranked as a provincial historical and cultural relic by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2507/QD-UBND.
