Description
Tuan Thua communal house is located in Tuan Thua village, Ninh Binh commune, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province. Based on the family's ordained ordination, the earliest one bestowed in 1890 can be guessed that the communal house was built in the mid-nineteenth century.
Tuan Thua communal house worships the village's Thanh Hoang and worships Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai, Ngu Hanh Goddess, Tien Hien, Hau Hien, Tien Su, Tho Cong...
Since its construction until now, Tuan Thua communal house has undergone restoration and embellishment as follows: In 1957, it was greatly restored, in 1989, the roof was replaced, and in 2006 the ritual gate was built.
The overall layout of the communal house is as follows: Nghi Mon, Phong Nha, Mu Dong Temple, Muc Tuong Temple, Ngu Hanh Goddess Temple, Great Communal House, East House, West House, Am Soul Temple, Tru House.

The great communal house consists of the sacrifice and the main hall, on the main door threshold decorated with a pattern of a book written in Chinese Nom characters: (亭 承 遵 - Tuan Thua Dinh); On the columns, write couplets in Han Nom characters, in which there are pairs of couplets with the first two letters assembled from the name of the communal house:

The main hall has five altars: in the middle is the altar to worship God, on both sides are the altars of Ta Ban and Huu Ban, next to the wall to the left of the main hall is the altar of Tien Su - Tho Cong and opposite the wall to the west. On the right is the altar of Tien Hien - Hau Hien. On the altar pedestals draw decorative patterns of peaceful rural landscapes and images of phoenix and lotus flowers; on the columns decorated with dragon patterns.
Every year, the communal house holds a festival on March 1 and 2 (lunar calendar). During the festival, there is a procession from Khanh Long pagoda to the communal house and a ceremony to return the color.
Currently, the communal house still retains 06 ordinations bestowed by the Nguyen kings, including:
- Ordained Thanh Thai in the 2nd year (1890) conferred on Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.
- Ordained Thanh Thai in the second year (1890) conferred on Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai the four saints.
- Ordained Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) conferred on Dai Can National Nam Hai the four saints.
- Dedication of Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) conferred on Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.
- Ordaining Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) conferred on Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.
- Ordaining Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) conferred on Dai Can National Nam Hai four saints.
During the resistance war against the French colonialists and the American imperialists, Tuan Thua communal house was the place where a number of revolutionary historical events took place in the locality such as the communal house where the military training of the local Self-Defense Platoon took place. In addition, there is also a rice warehouse to feed local revolutionary cadres and soldiers.
