Truong Thanh communal house is one of the communal houses located outside Dien Khanh citadel, about 15km west of Nha Trang city, in Dien Thanh commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province (formerly belonging to Truong Loc Trung commune, total. Trung, Phuoc Dien district, Dien Khanh district).

The relic is located on the land with a long cultural tradition of Dien Khanh district, built around the first half of the 19th century, built by all the people who came here to establish a village and set up a hamlet to worship Ban. Canh Thanh Hoang, Tien Hien, Hau Hien... Truong Thanh Communal House has a large campus with a total area of 2,030m2, the architectural works are arranged in a harmonious and scientific manner, the outside is a uniquely designed ritual that hardly sees any communal house works. Like all other communal houses, the most important work of the relic is the Pre-Te, the main hall. The sacrifice is made in the style of a one-room, two-wing house with an area of 60.04m2. The base is made of cement. The roof is covered with western tiles. The sacrifice includes three main doors and four armpit doors leading to Tien Hien Temple and the East house. The bearing structure of the sacrifice is mainly a wooden frame consisting of: three rows of column legs, one row of female columns and two rows of military columns linked with two sets of trusses. The decorative patterns of the pre-evil house are used very vividly, the motifs are in traditional style such as the theme of four spirits, natural landscapes, flowers and birds close to the rustic life. . The sacrifice is a place for people to meet and prepare offerings to offer to the gods, whenever there is a festival.

The main hall is designed with one compartment and two wings, with three doors, the door is made of wood designed in the traditional "Thuong Song Lower" style.

In the main hall, there are six altars, outside are three outer courts, in the middle is the incense altar to worship the Council made of wood, on both sides are Dong Don and Tay Hien, inside are three internal courts, including the middle altar to worship Ban Canh Thanh. Hoang, both sides worship the fathers and gods; Interspersed between the two altars is the set of bowls.

The main hall has the typical architectural style of the communal houses here designed in the style of a match stack consisting of four columns linked to two sets of trusses with tenon holes. Above is the ancient floor, the four sides of the ancient floor are decorated with pictures of the four spirits "Long, Ly, Quy, Phung", on both sides of the wall in the Northeast and Southwest, two faces "Ho Phu", on the shore. The roof is decorated with embossed "Two dragon paintings" along with the dragon pattern winding in the corners of the roof with arrays of decorative themes plus beautiful, delicate, and curvilinear lines, giving the system a unique look. soft roof, light, elegant.

With the beauty of architecture, the art is delicately carved and embossed on the architectural structures of the old artisans, giving our juniors a complete view of the communal house architecture in Khanh Hoa in the early days. nineteenth century.
