Truong Lac communal house is located in Truong Lac village, Dien Lac commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province.

Based on the earliest Sacrifice that Truong Lac Communal House was bestowed by King Tu Duc in 1852, we can guess the date of the beginning of the 19th century. Previously, Truong Lac communal house was located in Truong Loc Thuong village, belonging to Vinh Phuoc canton, Phuoc Dien district. In 1875, it was renamed Truong Lac; Because the communal house is located in a low position, flooded with water, the people in the village decided to move the communal house to group 25, Truong Lac village today.

At present, the communal house still preserves 01 decree of King Minh Mang and 12 consecrations granted by the kings of the Nguyen Dynasty. The edict of King Minh Mang was blurred and unreadable; The colors include:
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) to Bon Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) bestowed four positions on Dai Can Quoc Quoc Nam Hai;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) granted to Cao Cac;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1880) bestowed four positions on Dai Can Quoc Quoc Nam Hai;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1880) to Bon Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Dong Khanh in the 2nd year (1887) to grant Dai Can National Nam Hai four positions;
- Ordaining Dong Khanh in the 2nd year (1887) bestowed on the Gods of the Citadel;
- Ordained Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) bestowed on Bon Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) bestowed four positions on Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai;
- Ordaining Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) bestowed on Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai the four positions;

The communal house has undergone many times of restoration and embellishment in the following years: Dinh Dau (1897); in 1907; Year of the Rooster repaired Tien Hien Temple; In 1977, Thien Y Temple was restored; In 2013, Ngu Hanh Temple and Son Lam Temple were built.

Every year, Truong Lac communal house holds a festival on the 19th and 20th of the second lunar month.

During the resistance war against the French colonialists, the communal house was a place of revolutionary activities, contributing to the revolutionary cause in the locality. In August 1945, under the leadership of the Party, thousands of people of Vinh Phuoc general gathered forces at Truong Lac communal house to participate in the uprising to take power back to the people. In 2007, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province ranked Truong Lac communal house as a provincial historical and cultural relic in Decision No.:1523/QD-UBND dated August 22, 2007.
