Thuy Xuong communal house is located in Suoi Hiep commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province.

In the past, the communal house belonged to An Thuy commune, Vinh Xuong district, Khanh Hoa province. The grounds and documents of the communal house are still preserved, the communal house was built around the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century; The monument has undergone many restorations and repairs, but the most recent major restoration was in 1995.

Based on the 05 divine titles that the Nguyen court had bestowed on An Thuy village, the communal house of Thuy Xuong village was allowed by the Nguyen king to worship gods: Thanh Hoang, Thien Y A Na, in addition, the communal house also worships Son Lam. , Tho Cong, Yin Co and Tien Hien, Hau Hien.

Currently, the communal house still preserves 05 ordinations all given to the god Ban Canh Thanh Hoang, including: Sac Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852), Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1880), Dong Khanh in the second year (1887), Duy New Year 3 (1909) and Khai Dinh Year 9 (1924)

The wooden door set of the communal house is designed in the style of planks and Dai Dinh is designed in the style of one compartment and two wings. The roof top is decorated with retro images, the strip is not decorated.

On January 6, 1946, the communal house of Thuy Xuong village was the place to place the ballot box for the people to vote for the first National Assembly. Revolutionary cadres used the communal house of Thuy Xuong village as a meeting place, built plans, and organized the implementation of superior directives.

The village communal house holds a festival for 2 days in the spring, offering annual rituals on an auspicious day in the 2nd or 3rd lunar month. From 3 years or more due to the response of the people's contributions to organize boi singing.

In 2009, Thuy Xuong communal house was ranked as a provincial historical-cultural relic by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Decision No. 2999 QD/ People's Committee.
