Description

Thanh My communal house is located in Thanh My village, Ninh Quang commune, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province.

The ancestors wanted the people to have a prosperous and good life, so they named the village Thanh My and the communal house was called after the village name, "Thanh My" means "good things flourishing" for the villagers.

Based on the earliest ordination that Thanh My communal house was bestowed by King Tu Duc in 1852, it is possible that Thanh My communal house was built around the first half of the nineteenth century.

Since its inception, Thanh My communal house has undergone restoration and embellishment as follows:
- In 1964, the entire communal house was restored.
- In 2003, built a guest house.
-  In 2009, repainted the entire communal house.

Thanh My Communal House worships Thanh Hoang village, Tien sage, Hau sage...

Dinh Thanh My still preserves 05 ordinations bestowed by the Nguyen kings:
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) to Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.
- Ordained Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1880) to Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.
- Ordained Dong Khanh in the second year (1887) to Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.
- Ordained Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) bestowed on Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.
- Ordained Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) bestowed on Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.

The layout of the communal house includes: Nghi Mon, Phong Nha, Am Linh Temple, Son Lam Temple, Great Communal House, Tien Hien house, Dong house, kitchen, guest house.

Dinh Thanh My faces the East, located in the land area with a total area of 1,240 m2. The communal house was built in the "Tam Son" style with the main hall in the middle being higher, the East and West houses on both sides.

Thanh Hy scale coincides with the former muscle increase and consolidation,
America's natural disaster revived the new consciousness of the magnificent view.

Translate:

Prosperous in scale, the old background makes it more solid,
More beautiful than brilliant, revival of the new wide vision.

Every year, Thanh My communal house is held a festival in two days from the 29th to the 30th of the second lunar month.

In 2010, Thanh My communal house was recognized as a provincial relic by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, in Decision No. 2633/QD-UBND dated October 14, 2010.
