The earliest ordination base still preserved at the relic, Ngan Ha communal house was built in the 19th century. Due to the war and the deterioration of the communal house, in 1954 the communal house was relocated to a residential area in the village, 300 meters away from the old location. In 1990, Ca Ong was "lucky" at the current location of the communal house (about 20 meters from the old communal house), so the people asked the government for permission to rebuild the communal house at the "lucky" position, facing the sea.

Description

The temple is located in Ngan Ha village, Ninh Thuy ward, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province.

Ngan Ha temple has an area of 456m2, located on a flat mound in the middle of the village, facing north.

The temple includes the following architectural works: Nghi Mon, Phong Nha, Martial Ca, Pre-Sacrificial Temple, Main Hall, and Hall.

The main characters are worshiped at Dinh Ngan Ha: Thanh Hoang, Thien Y A Na, Nam Hai Cu of the Mermaid tribe.

Currently, the communal house still preserves 05 ordinations bestowed by the Nguyen dynasties:
+ Ordained Thanh Thai in the second year (1890) to Thien Y A Na;
+ Ecclesiastes Thanh Thai in the second year (1890) bestowed upon the Nam Hai Cu tribe of the Mermaid tribe;
+ Ordaining Thanh Thai in the second year (1890) to Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
+ Ordaining Duy Tan in the third year (1909) granted to Thien Y A Na;
+ Ordaining Duy Tan in the third year (1909) given to Nam Hai and Ban Canh Thanh Hoang.

Every year, Ngan Ha villagers organize worshiping 3 times: Spring offering ceremony (also known as Ky An) on February 16; the ceremony to worship Mr. Nam Hai on June 15; worshiping Thien Y An Na on September 21.

Ngan Ha temple is also the place where a number of revolutionary historical events took place in the locality during the two resistance wars against the French colonialists and the American imperialists. During the anti-American resistance war, in 1970, communal house was the hiding place of Hon Heo Task Force.

Recognizing the historical - cultural values of the relic, in 2015, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a decision to rank Ngan Ha communal house as an architectural and artistic relic.
