Description

My Hiep communal house is located in residential group 3, Ninh Hiep ward, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province. The communal house is about 300m south of Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee.

My Hiep Communal House worships the following gods: Canh Thanh Thanh, Dai Cang Nam Hai, Four saints, Former sage - Later sage, Fairy Master Tho Cong, Senior - Junior, Thien Y A Na, God Fairy God after Saint Mother Princess, Princess Hong Nu, Fairy Consort Jewel, Crown Prince, Princess Goddess Man Nuong, Lady Co Hy, Hoang Thien Hau Tho, Am Soul, Ngu Hanh, Son Lam Lord General, Martyr.

Since its inception, My Hiep communal house has undergone many years of renovation: 1873, 1931, 1953, 1966, 1991, 2009.

My Hiep Communal House

My Hiep Communal House is located in a closed campus with a total area of 1,162m2, the facade of the relic faces to the northeast. From the outside to the inside, My Hiep communal house has the following overall layout: Nghi Mon, Phong Nha, flagpole, 05 worship halls [in the middle is the front hall - the main hall; on the left is the Temple of the Council and adjacent to the Temple of the Council is the Temple of Lord General; On the right is the Tien Hien house and adjacent to the Tien Hien church is the Am Soul Temple]; the kitchen and the old My Hiep communal house.

Because of the gong-style roof

The highlight in decoration and sculpture on the architecture of My Hiep communal house is the system of wooden columns and sets because the roof is structured in the style of "gong rack" or mascot system: dragon, unicorn, turtle, phoenix, tiger, etc. bats… are fully exploited by artisans. The image of the four spirits is shown in the form of "Two dragons and pearls", or images of "Eight fairy", "Four precious": Tung, bamboo, chrysanthemum, apricot. In addition, according to oral tradition, the word "GOOD" in the main hall was written by Nguyen Khanh for the communal house in 1873.

During the resistance war against the French colonialists and American imperialists, My Hiep communal house was the site of many important local historical events:
- On July 15, 1930, My Hiep communal house was the gathering place for the masses to distribute leaflets and documents for the July 16, 1930 demonstration and support the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement.
- During the 1930-1945 period, My Hiep communal house was the place of communication and activities of revolutionary cadres and soldiers of Ninh Hoa district and some other places of Khanh Hoa province.
- On August 16 and 17, 1945, My Hiep communal house was the place where young people practiced military and gathered mass forces to prepare for the uprising to seize power. After the victory over the government, the People's Committee of the People's Committee of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of Ninh Hoa was established and based at My Hiep Communal House for a time, then moved to Ninh Hoa Palace, My Hiep Communal House was the headquarters. of the People's Committee of CLM in Ninh Hoa town.
- In the early days of September 1945, My Hiep communal house was the place to organize the "Golden Week" donation, to open popular academic classes to eliminate illiteracy for people in the village and some neighboring villages.
- After the French colonialists returned to invade our country at the end of 1945, My Hiep communal house became the garrison of the Front Command of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Front in the early days, then the headquarters of the Party Committee. aid and supply for the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Front. In addition, My Hiep communal house is also a place to organize propaganda, receive and treat wounded soldiers.
- During the resistance war against the US imperialists (1954-1975), My Hiep communal house continued to be the hiding place for revolutionary cadres in Ninh Hoa. To prepare for the Spring 1968 General Offensive and Uprising, a number of provincial cadres and army units were assigned to Ninh Hoa and chose My Hiep communal house as a place to stay and discuss plans. When we attacked the enemy in the district town of Ninh Hoa during the Tet Offensive, My Hiep communal house was the place to gather forces and temporarily treat wounded soldiers before being sent back to the rear for treatment.

Every year, people of Ninh Hiep ward organize the My Hiep communal house festival in the second lunar month. My Hiep communal house festival is really a big festival of the people of Ninh Hiep ward, attracting a large number of people from all walks of life to attend.

Recognizing the typical values of the relic, on March 23, 2009, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 644/QD-UBND ranking My Hiep communal house as a provincial historical - cultural relic.
