Luong Son communal house is located in Luong Son 3 village, Vinh Luong commune, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.

* About the origin of birth

The name "Dinh Luong Son" has existed since the beginning of the family's establishment. In 1994, in order to build the solidarity of the people of the villages in Vinh Luong commune, the commune People's Committee decided to take the name Vinh Luong commune to name the relic as Vinh Luong communal house[1]. In 2007, people took back the village name and named the communal house Luong Son communal house. Currently, in administrative documents related to the locality and in everyday speech, the villagers are still used to using the name "Dinh Luong Son".

At the end of the 18th century, the old Nguyen Luan (known as Long), Dinh Man (self-named Ho Man), Nguyen Canh came to Luong Son land to live and establish a business. However, due to the mountainous terrain interspersed with forests and dense forests with many wild animals, separated by high mountain passes, it was difficult to travel, so it was not until the beginning of the twentieth century that villagers came to Luong Son to live in relatively large numbers. In the beginning, the village was called Luong Dien (because people's livelihood is mainly from the mountains). Some time later, some residents who specialize in fishing in Cu Son[2] moved to and merged into a village, named Luong Son (also known as Bai Luong/Cay Sung).

Today, in the memory of many locals, Luong Son communal house was built in the 20th century at the Chang Chang hole, and the old men often nostalgic about the relic when it comes to the ancient fig tree in Vinh market. Luong Son Communal House is located in a campus with a total area of 5,174.6m2, the front facing northeast. From the outside to the inside, the communal house has an overall layout as follows: Nghi Mon, feng shui, flag pole, great communal house, Tien Hien - Hau Hien house, Uncle Ho church - martyrs heroes, Thien Y Palace, guest house and dome.

The largest and most typical architecture of Luong Son communal house is the great communal house. The highlight in decoration and sculpture on the architecture of Luong Son communal house is the system of four spirits: Long, Lan, Quy, and Phung. The image of the four spirits expressed in many shapes such as "Long An Van", "Dual Long Dynasty", ... is decorated on the roof of the communal house to pray for favorable rain and wind for agriculture and calm weather for fishermen. occupation - two main occupations of residents of Vinh Luong commune in general and Luong Son village in particular. In addition to the images of the four spirits, in the decoration of Luong Son communal house, there are familiar themes such as clouds, stylized flowers, etc.

At present, Luong Son communal house still preserves artifacts such as drums, gongs, mules, diaphragms, couplets and 02 consecrations of King Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) bestowed on Canh Thanh Hoang and Thien Y A Na. .

During the war, the communal house of Luong Son village was a meeting place, martial arts training, food and medicine supplies, a hiding place for revolutionary soldiers from war zones to the village to operate; This is the place of continuous delivery of supplies for many delegations of cadres and soldiers on their way to work to rest to continue on their way to another region by waterway to Ba Bo, Hon Heo, Dam Van ...

Luong Son communal house holds a traditional festival in March every year. Luong Son communal house festival consists of a ceremony and a festival, these two parts are not separate, but in a sequence of interweaving between the ceremony and the festival, which are expressed in the lion dances - dragon dance, ball dance offering Mau, etc. singing boi...normally, the opening time takes place for 2 days and 1 night and every 2 years the communal house holds a great ceremony (with singing boi) once, every year there is a boi singing, the festival takes place for 3 days and 2 nights.

Recognizing the historical - cultural values of Luong Son communal house, on March 3, 2011, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 563/QD-UBND ranking it as a provincial relic.
