Hoi Xuong Communal House is a typical communal house in Dien Khanh district with traditional architecture, a door system with the "upper and lower village" structure, the structure of trusses with pillars, tile roofs creating ancient and dignified beauty. ; The door system has many fine art decorations with high artistic value such as the four Linh (Long, Lan, Quy, Phung) and the Quy (Tung, Cuc, Truc, Mai).

Description

Hoi Xuong communal house is located in Suoi Hiep commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province.

Previously, Hoi Xuong communal house was named Van Xuong, in 1888 (under the reign of King Dong Khanh) renamed Hoi Xuong communal house in Hoi Xuong commune, Vinh Xuong district, Khanh Hoa province; The family is 25km west of Nha Trang city center.

The communal house dates back to the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. It was built by villagers to worship the gods: Thanh Hoang, Phan Nhi Quy Vuong, goddess, Quan Thanh De Quan, Son Lam, Tho Cong; Good Money, Good Afternoon. The village's predecessors are two people: Commune chief Truong Van Hoi and Huong Muc Dao Viet Nghi.

The communal house is facing south with the pre-water and post-mountain land, in front is the Suoi Dau river running through, behind is the Hon Du mountain range as a solid posterior occipital.

Over the years of existence, the communal house has been restored and repaired many times. That was in the years: 1904; 1940; 1952; 1970; 1985, the most recent being 2014.

Located on a relatively flat land, with a total area of 3,760m2, the overall layout of the relic includes: Nghi Mon, Phong Nha, Martial Ca, Great Communal House, Quan Thanh Temple, Ba Temple, and Temple. Tien sage, Temple of Seniors. The overall campus of the communal house is a harmonious and reasonable arrangement of architectural works with a traditional wooden frame structure, typical of Vietnamese architecture in Khanh Hoa.

At present, Hoi Xuong communal house still preserves a lot of valuable artifacts containing great content of history and culture through the periods: god worshiping temple, long communal house, set of holes, three mountains, gongs, etc. drums, la la, vestments..., especially 7 ordinations bestowed by the Nguyen Dynasty Kings, including:
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) to Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1880) to Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Dong Khanh in the 2nd year (1889) for Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1918) conferred on Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) conferred on Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) conferred on Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordained Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) conferred the title of Phan Er Devil King
Vocabulary is a place used to organize singing in order to serve the spiritual needs of the people on the occasion of the festival. Two rows of female columns and rows of military columns make up the sets of truss-style roofs typical for Nguyen Dynasty architecture in Khanh Hoa province.

Every year, Hoi Xuong communal house worships on the 18th and 19th of the 2nd lunar month. The village communal house festival is held according to traditional rituals, imbued with national cultural identity; is a place for cultural and community activities of the people when the village organizes traditional festivals; At the same time, it is also a place to propagate and educate children about the morality of drinking water, remembering the source, understanding the culture and national origin, knowing how to love, protect, help each other, respect superiors and subordinates.
With the above typical historical - cultural values, in 2008, Hoi Xuong communal house was issued by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Decision No. 2508/QD - People's Committee was a provincial historical - cultural relic.
