Dong Hai communal house is located on a large flat land with a total area of 1,351.0m2. The relic is located in the west of the village, facing east, back leaning against Dong Bo mountain.
The communal house has the following layout: Nghi mon, courtroom, martial arts, money, main hall, west house, east house, guest house 1, guest house 2, Toan Su Cong Vu temple.
The sacrifice and the main hall are two important architectural items of the communal house. The money is designed with three compartments. The floor is covered with cement. The door is designed low, the lower threshold, the wings are made of wood in the style of folding doors. The sacrifice is made in the style of a walled house, including a surrounding wall system, with the basic material being coral stone, mortar along with a main bearing system of columns, truss, combined with a system of diaphragms and transverses. , rui, sesame support the roof. The roof is covered with tiles, on the middle of the roof is embossed decoration "Two dragons adoring the moon", and the two sides are decorated with stylized dragon and cloud motifs. On the strip banks are decorated with stylized patterns. The two sides of the back wall are embossed with images of two gods.
The main hall is connected with the sacrifice and has the main bearing system of four female and four military columns; columns are linked to the set by means of mortises. The set is designed in the style of a traditional pig's belly, the knee point of the set is because it is a bottom square, the four sides of the square are carved with sophisticated stylized patterns, the remaining ends are delicately carved in the shape of a head. phoenix bird.
Interior of the main hall: the outermost is the altar of the Council made of wood; After the altar of the Council is a long communal house used to store colors. In the center of the main hall is the altar to worship the God, in the middle is the word "God", on both sides are written a couple of parallel sentences praising the merits of the god being worshiped, above the altar hangs a Chinese horizontal painting: Director Huu Quang"; the two sides worshiping the God are Ta ban, Huu ban; On both sides of the back wall are the altar of Tien Hien and the altar of Tho Cong.
At present, Dong Hai communal house still preserves many ancient relics.
