Dao Vien Pagoda belongs to residential group 7 Lu Cam, Ngoc Hiep ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province. In 1919, Master Thich Hoang Tin established a small painting in the village's wasteland. Currently, Dao Vien pagoda is abbot by Venerable Thich Nhu Dong. Originally Quan Thanh De Quan pagoda. In 1930, Ong Pagoda worshiped Thien Y A Na Thanh Mau and other saints. Dao Vien Pagoda belongs to residential group 7 Lu Cam, Ngoc Hiep ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.

In 1919, Master Thich Hoang Tin set up a small painting studio on the mound of the village's wasteland. Currently, Dao Vien pagoda is abbot by Venerable Thich Nhu Dong.

Originally, the temple worshiped Quan Thanh De Quan. In 1930, Ong Pagoda worshiped Thien Y A Na Thanh Mau and other saints. In addition, the temple worships the "Three Religions of the same land" including Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism, according to ancient Eastern thought and philosophy.

Dao Vien Pagoda was renovated in the following years:
- In 1964, Dao Vien Pagoda was restored, built and roofed with hook tiles.
- In 1974, the pagoda was built Tam Bao temple.
- From 1978 to 1980, the pagoda was built east house, west house, guest house...
- In 1990, built a yard and placed a statue of Quan Am.
- In 2003, the east house was restored.
- In 2009, up to now, the west has been repaired, cast the common red and expanded the temple land to the northeast by more than 200m2 to make kitchens and auxiliary works.

Dao Vien Pagoda facing Southeast, has an area of 1,576,2 m2 (currently the pagoda is expanded by 200m2).

The pagoda has the following construction items: Tam Quan, Quan Am radio, main hall, west house, east house, Thien Y A Na temple, Ngu Hanh temple, Ong Ho temple, bell tower, stupa (To Khai Son), monk house , kitchen and warehouse

Dao Vien Pagoda still preserves a number of valuable relics such as statues, bells, diaphragms, couplets, treasures...

Every year, Dao Vien Pagoda organizes the feast of the Lord Quan Thanh (January 13 of the lunar calendar) and two days of the Nativity (June 24 of the lunar calendar) and the celebration of a Saint (September 9 of the lunar calendar). Besides, the pagoda also organizes worshiping days (lunar calendar):
- On March 3, as Mother Thien Y A Na
- On March 23, as Mother Thien Y A Na
- October 23, the death anniversary of the founding father
- December 17, the traditional day of the Patriarchs
- December 29, Thanksgiving day to the Holy Ancestor

In addition, Dao Vien Pagoda organizes Buddhist festivals, with two major festivals being Buddha's Birthday (April 15 of the lunar calendar) and Vu Lan festival (July 15 of the lunar calendar).

For nearly a century, the relic of Dao Vien Pagoda is a place to mark and preserve patriotic traditions and the history of revolutionary struggle of cadres and people Ngoc Hiep - Nha Trang in the revolutionary struggle for people's liberation. nation and unify the country. Along with practicing Buddhism, Master Thich Tri Thanh, the abbot of Dao Vien pagoda, also used the pagoda as a basis for cultivating revolutionary cadres, making a small contribution to the people's struggle against foreign invaders to unify the country. ethnicity. Along with other contributions, recognizing the merits of Master Thich Tri Thanh, in 2013 the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee posthumously awarded Mr. Le Ngoc Khanh (the name of Mr. participated in the resistance war against the US to save the country”.[1]

On 11/11/2009, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2866/QD-UBND ranking Dao Vien pagoda as a provincial historical - cultural relic.
