Dai Dien Nam communal house is located in Dai Dien Nam 2 village, Dien Son commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province.

Under the Nguyen Dynasty, Dien Dien today was a part of Dai An commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province. During the reign of King Tu Duc (1848-1883), Dai An's population increased, so it was divided into four by the local government. villages (villages) in Dien Dien commune: Dai Dien Tay, Dai Dien Dong, Dai Dien Nam, Dai Dien Trung, which people still used to call "Four villages of Dai Dien". The communal house is also divided into four parts for four villages: Dai Dien Dong receives the main hall, Dai Dien Nan receives the Tien Hien part, Dai Dien Trung receives the Bai Duong part, Dai Dien Tay receives the eastern part and from there Dai Dien Nam communal house was born. and persists to this day.

Since its inception, the communal house has undergone the following renovations:
- In 1938, the communal house was restored for the first time;
- In 1946, the communal house was burned down by the French colonialists, completely destroyed;
- In 1960, people rebuilt the communal house;
- In 1970, built fences and rituals;
- In 1994, the communal house was restored;
- In 2004, organized the relocation of the tomb of the Tien sage.

At present, Dai Dien Nam communal house still retains 02 ordinations bestowed by King Khai Dinh:
- The 2nd King Khai Dinh (1917) bestowed Bon Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining the 9th King Khai Dinh (1924) to Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.

Tomb of Tien sage in Dai Dien Nam Dinh Dai Dien Nam worships Bon Canh Thanh Hoang, Thien Y A Na, the predecessors, the late sages.

Dai Dien Nam Communal House faces the East, is located on a flat land with an area of 1,600m2. From the outside to the inside, Dai Dien Nam communal house has the following overall layout: Nghi Mon, Phong Nha, Flag Pillar, Great Communal House, Tien Hien Temple, Ba Temple, Son Lam Temple, and Eastern House.

The temple has an architectural structure in the style of "Nhat" consisting of two western-tiled roofs; The roof is covered with "Two dragons adoring the moon". The main hall has four roofs, two roofs front and back, two gable roofs on both sides, roof tiled with western tiles, on the roof bank is covered with "Two dragons adoring the moon". Ancient floor painted decorative natural landscape.

Every year, Dai Dien Nam communal house festival is held in the third lunar month. In addition, the family also has other worshiping ceremonies as follows:
- Worshiping ceremony for the full moon of the first lunar month.
- Worshiping ceremony for the full moon of the 7th lunar month.
- Worshiping ceremony for the full moon of the 10th lunar month.
- Lunar New Year worshiping ceremony.

In addition, during the two periods of resistance against the French colonialists in the years 1945-1946, Dai Dien Nam communal house was also used as a gathering place to store food and weapons... for the revolution. At the same time, the communal house was also used for gatherings of revolutionary comrades and was the detention place of those who had gone astray by the enemy and opposed the revolution.

Based on historical and cultural values, Dai Dien Nam communal house was ranked a provincial relic by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, in Decision No. 2339/QD-UBND, dated November 21, 2005.
