Currently, the basis for determining the age of the monument is no longer available, however, based on the year the village was founded, we can guess that the communal house was built as early as the 18th century. At first, the communal house was built at a position about 500m west of today's location, because this place was close to the edge of the wild mountains and wild animals, so the villagers agreed to move the communal house closer to the residential area for convenience. convenient for living, worshiping as well as preserving and preserving relics.

Based on the available data, in 2012, the Relic Management Board had a meeting with the villagers to restore the above two ordinations and hold a solemn procession from the People's Committee of Ninh Phung Commune to the communal house.
