Binh Khanh Communal House faces Southeast, in a campus of 1,397m2. Binh Khanh communal house was built when the old people in the village do not remember clearly, based on the ordination, it can be seen that the communal house was built more than two hundred years ago. To date, villagers only remember the communal house has been moved four times; The most recent restoration was in 1998.
Binh Khanh communal house worships Thanh Hoang, Tien Hien, Hau Hien, Son Lam, Tho Cong, Ngu Hanh, Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai quartet, Cao Cac.
Today, Binh Khanh communal house still preserves the couplets, incense burner, lampstand, mu, gong, bar and 13 ordinations granted by the Nguyen kings. Ordinances allow people to continue worshiping the gods at the communal house. According to the old dignitaries, in the past, Binh Khanh communal house had 16 ordinations, but over time, due to many reasons, until now, only 13 colors of the communal house have been preserved. Currently, the titles have been severely damaged by termites, and some have lost their writing. The colors include:
- Three colors of Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) conferred on Ban Canh Thanh Hoang, Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai quartet and Thien Y A Na Dien Ngoc Phi.
- Two colors of Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1880) conferred on God Cao Cac, Ban Canh Thanh Hoang, Dai Can National Park of Nam Hai and Thien Y A Na Dien Ngoc Phi.
- Two colors of Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) conferred on the god Cao Cac, the national Dai Can Nam Hai quartet and Thien Y A Na Dien Ngoc Phi.
- Two colors of Dong Khanh in the 2nd year (1887) conferred on the god Cao Cac, the national Dai Can Nam Hai quartet and Thien Y A Na Dien Ngoc Phi.
- Four colors of Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) conferred on the gods Cao Cac, Thanh Hoang and Dai Can of Nam Hai country four positions.
According to the annual tradition, Binh Khanh communal house festival takes place for three days from February 23 to February 25 of the lunar calendar. This is the Spring Festival to pray for peace.
On November 18, 2008, Binh Khanh communal house was ranked by the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province as a provincial historical and cultural relic, in Decision No. 2853/QD-UBND.
