Description

Quang Thanh communal house is located in Quang Thanh village, Dien Hoa commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province.

In 1653, when the Vietnamese from the central provinces migrated to the new land of Thai Khang Palace, the work of reclaiming and repopulating the village began. Since then, the rich villages of the Vietnamese people have formed and developed, after the residents have settled down and settled down, the need for spirituality was born, the urge to think about Vietnamese ancestors and roots, so the villagers set up pagodas and communal houses with the desire to be a place to organize cultural and religious activities. But besides that, the communal house was also formed to worship Thanh Hoang village.

Based on the earliest ordination that Quang Thanh communal house was bestowed by King Tu Duc in 1852, we can guess that the communal house was built around the first half of the 19th century.

Over time, the communal house has been degraded and repaired in the years:
- In 1919, built a brick wall with yin and yang tiles;
- In 1969, the main hall was restored and built the eastern house;
- In 2004, building the subject subject;
- In 2006, renovated Tien Hien Temple;
- In 2009, repainted the whole house.

Quang Thanh communal house still preserves 11 ordinations bestowed by the Nguyen kings:
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) to Bon Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) granted to Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) to Cao Cac Ton gods;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1880) bestowed on Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai;
- The 33rd Tu Duc ordination (1880) was bestowed on Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai;
- Ordaining Dong Khanh in the 2nd year (1887) for Dai Can National Nam Hai;
- Ordaining Dong Khanh in the 2nd year (1887) to Bon Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordained Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) granted to Bon Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) bestowed on Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai;
- Sac Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) bestowed on Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai;
- Ordained Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) bestowed on Bon Canh Thanh Hoang.

Quang Thanh communal house worships Bon Canh Thanh Hoang, Dai Can National Park Nam Hai, Cao Cac, Tien Hien, Hau Tho, and negative souls.

The communal house has the following construction items: Nghi Mon, Am Co Temple, Hau Tho Temple, Phong Court, Great Communal House, East House, and Tien Hien Temple.

Quang Thanh Communal House faces the South, is located on a land campus with a total area of 1,781m2 .

The sacrifice is covered with western tiles, on the roof is decorated with the image of "Two dragons adoring the moon"; decorated with carp on both sides; on the banks are decorated with stylized rattan and two horns. The load-bearing wooden column system supports the roof part, the residual head is meticulously carved in the shape of a wavy pattern.

The main hall has an ancient floor, inside hangs a picture of a phoenix written in Han Nom: (亭光 盛 - Quang Thanh communal house), on both sides there are a pair of sentences for the first two letters put together to form the name of the communal house:

The spectrum of righteous and celestial contemplation Khanh Trach,
Thanh transmits the posture of grace.

Translate:

The spectrum throughout the sky is full of blessings,
The eternal tradition of grace.

Dinh Quang Thanh holds the festival on March 10 and 11 (lunar calendar). In 2009, Quang Thanh communal house was ranked by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Decision No. 3000/QD-UBND as a provincial historical and cultural relic.
