Currently, Vinh Binh communal house still preserves many valuable artifacts containing great historical and cultural content through the periods: worshiping gods, double parasols, sets of holes, gongs, drums, and bars. , costumes, ceremonial clothes... Especially the two ordinations bestowed by the Nguyen Dynasty Kings, including:
- Sac Thanh Thai in the 2nd year (1890)  entitled Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Sac Khai Dinh in the 2nd year (1917)  entitled Ban Canh Thanh Hoang.

The traditional festival at the communal house is held annually from the 15th to the 17th day of the third lunar month, imbued with the local traditional culture.

Vinh Binh communal house not only carries typical values of culture, architecture, art, relics but also has many values about the local revolutionary history during the two periods of fighting against the French colonialists and the American imperialists. .

Vinh Binh communal house is an architectural work that still preserves many original architectural elements; At the same time, the communal house is also a center of cultural activities, spiritual beliefs, a place to preserve traditional cultural beauties, typical historical events of the locality.

With the above typical values, the relic has been ranked by the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, Decision No. 2642/QD-UBND, dated October 14, 2010 as a provincial historical and cultural relic.
