Description
Phuoc Tuy communal house is located in Phuoc Tuy 2 village, Dien Phuoc commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province.
According to the oral tradition of the old trenches, formerly the communal house was built in the land of Da trees (about 200m from the present location to the southwest), at that time the communal house was made of wood, brick walls, lime mortar, and roof. roof tiles yin and yang. From which generation the communal house was built is unknown and there are no documents left behind. Based on the earliest ordination still preserved in the communal house during the 5th reign of King Tu Dac (1852), it can be seen that the communal house existed before 1852.
Over time, the communal house was renovated in the following years:
- In 1969, the communal house was severely damaged, the people rebuilt the whole communal house;
- In 1983, the people contributed to the renovation;
- In 1984, built the temple of Ba Thien Y A Na and the consecration;
- In 1989, building a winter house;
- In 2002, building the subject.
Phuoc Tuy communal house still retains 10 ordinations bestowed by the Nguyen kings:
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) to Thien Y A Na;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) granted to Cao Cac;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) bestowed the four positions of Dai Can on the Nam Hai Nation;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1852) bestowed on Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai the four positions and Thien Y A Na;
- Ordained Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1852) bestowed on Cao Cac.
- Ordaining Dong Khanh in the 2nd year (1887) granted to Dai Can Quoc Nam Hai and Thien Y A Na;
- Ordained Dong Khanh in the 2nd year (1887) bestowed on Cao Cac;
- Sac Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) bestowed four positions on Dai Can Nationality of Nam Hai and Thien Y A Na;
- Ordaining Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) granted to Cao Cac;
- Ordained Khai Dinh in the 9th year (1924) and bestowed the Dai Can on the Nam Hai Nation and Thien Y An Na.

Phuoc Tuy communal house is located in a land area with a total area of 2,844m2, next to the rice fields of Phuoc Tuy II village. The communal house turns to the southwest, taking Hon Ba mountain as a criminal record, Hon Ngang mountain range as the posterior occipital.
The sacrifice was built in front of the main hall, in the style of a back wall. The main hall is built in an ancient style, the roof of the ancient floor is decorated with "Two dragons paintings", the banks are decorated with stylized clouds, and the four sides are decorated with paintings of four spirits.

Phuoc Tuy communal house organizes Spring worship on March 19 and 20 (lunar calendar) every year.
During the resistance war against French and American invasion, communal house was the place of activities of local revolutionary soldiers; In 1946, the communal house was the place to place the ballot box for local people to vote for the first National Assembly election.
In 2010, Phuoc Tuy communal house was ranked as a provincial historical and cultural relic by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 3421/QD-UBND.
