Ngoc Hoi communal house is located at group 12, Lu Cam hamlet, Ngoc Hiep ward, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.

In the past, Ngoc Hoi communal house was called Ngoc Toan communal house, after the village's name. The places: Vinh Ngoc, Lu Cam, Vinh Hoi, Ngoc Thao, Ngoc Son today are located in the territory of Ngoc Toan village. Ngoc Hoi communal house still retains an ancient white stone stele with delicate decorative patterns, written in Han Nom script, established in the 13th year of Tu Duc (1860). On the stele records important events of Ngoc Toan village.

Every year, the communal house organizes "Spring and Autumn Festival" (Spring worship in the third lunar month and autumn worship in the eighth lunar month), depending on the year, choose a good day to organize.

During the two resistance wars against the French colonialists and the American imperialists, Ngoc Hoi communal house was the place to supply food and food for the army units supporting the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Front; It is a place where revolutionary forces meet and operate secretly.

Ngoc Hoi communal house is the gathering place of the local people who went to protest on August 19, 1945 to take the revolutionary power back to the people.

In order to strengthen the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Front's resistance (October 23, 1945 - February 2, 1946), many Nam Tien armies returned to Khanh Hoa to directly participate in combat like the army: Le Trung Dinh , North and North… Units from Quang Ngai to supply Nha Trang Front were stationed at the Coconut Garden near the communal house. Ngoc Hoi Communal House is the place where local people cook rice and supplies for the army units supporting the Nha Trang Front.

By the end of January 1946, due to the disparity in forces, our troops had to withdraw along the left bank of the Cai River to the railway tunnel No. 1 near Cau Sat - Ngoc Hoi. After that, the Nha Trang Front was broken, so our troops had to withdraw to Dien Khanh area. When our forces withdrew, Kim Son pagoda was occupied by the French colonialists and set up a fort. During a search of the pagoda, they found that there were many documents and papers related to the revolution, so they burned them all, including 09 ordinations from Ngoc Hoi communal house sent at the temple.

During the anti-American period, during the Tet Offensive (1968), Comrade Tran Dinh Giam and a comrade Le Van Luc (this comrade died around 1969-1970) set up a guard post at Ngoc communal house. The Association is ready to support the revolutionary forces under the command of the Command led by comrades Le Tung and Vu Hong Quan.

Recognizing the historical and cultural values of the relic, in 2008 Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2501/QD-UBND ranking Ngoc Hoi communal house as a provincial relic.
