Hai Trieu communal house is located in Hai Trieu village, Van Long commune, Van Ninh district, Khanh Hoa province, located about 73km north of Nha Trang city (formerly Hai An village, belonging to Ha canton, Quang Phuoc district, Binh Hoa government). ).

The relic was built around the beginning of the 19th century, originally made simply of bamboo, thatched roof, to worship the Thanh Thanh Emperor and other gods with the desire to bless the peaceful life of the villagers. full and warm. Later, life gradually stabilized, the people's religious development needs contributed and contributed to the restoration of the communal house to the size it is today.

Hai Trieu communal house has undergone renovations since its construction:
- In 1957, renovating the money, the main hall;
- In 1972, the western house was renovated;
- In 1998, the east house was restored;
- In 2002, the practice of ordination and ordination was improved;
- In 2005, renovate the pre-sage house.

The relic has many typical architectural and artistic values.

Hai Trieu communal house is located on a flat land with beautiful terrain, airy space in the middle of the village, with an area of 737m2, the communal house faces south. From the outside to the inside, the communal house has an overall layout as follows: Nghi Mon, Martial Ca, Phong Phong, Pre-Sacrificial Temple, Main Hall, East House, West House, Pre-Sen House, and Ngu Hanh Temple.

Hai Trieu communal house relic not only has aesthetic beauty but also contains many historical - cultural values, tangible and intangible heritages kept in the communal house such as: Han Nom couplets, worshiping gods, etc. communal house, double parasols, gongs, drums; In particular, the four ordinations conferred by the Nguyen kings include:
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 5th year (1852) to Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Tu Duc in the 33rd year (1880) to Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Dong Khanh in the 2nd year (1887) for Ban Canh Thanh Hoang;
- Ordaining Duy Tan in the 3rd year (1909) conferred on Ban Canh Thanh Hoang.
