Dai Dien Trung communal house belongs to Dai Dien Trung 2 village (Middle 2), Dien Dien commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province. Under the Nguyen dynasty, Dien Dien today is a part of Dai An commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province. During the reign of King Tu Duc (1848 - 1883), the population of Dai An commune increased, so the local government divided it into four villages (villages) in Dai Dien commune: Dai Dien Dong, Dai Dien Tay, Dai Dien Nam and Dai. Dien Trung, which today people are used to calling "Four villages of Dai Dien". The communal house is also divided into four parts for four villages: Dai Dien Dong receives the main hall, Dai Dien Nam receives the Tien Hien temple, Dai Dien Trung receives the worshiping part, Dai Dien Tay receives the eastern part and from there Dai Dien Trung communal house. came into existence and persists to this day.
Dai Dien Trung Communal House is facing Southeast, built on a campus of 1,747m2. Although it has been restored and embellished, the communal house still retains the wooden frame structure, carvings, decorative patterns and the communal yard has many ancient oak trees shading to create an airy, cool and comfortable space. become the living and meeting place of old people and children in the village in particular and Dien Dien commune in general.

Dai Dien Trung communal house was built on a high ground in the middle of the village, with its back leaning against Dai An mountain. Dai Dien Trung villagers built a semicircular lake in front according to the concept that "Tien Thuy Hau Son" is a good land for the communal house. The semicircular lake is located right next to Highway 5, with a length of 19m, a width of 10m on a straight axis with the gate and the great communal house.
From the outside looking at the relic, there are the following work items: semicircular lake and flagpole, ritual gate and wall, feng shui, great communal house, Tien Hien Temple, Son Lam Temple, winter house, kitchen.

Over time, Dai Dien Trung communal house was not immune to natural disasters and enemy sabotage, in 1912 a storm passed and collapsed the communal house and since then it has been repaired many times in the following years:
- In 1912: The storm destroyed the communal house, Tien Hien temple, and the kitchen, so Mr. Nguyen Thap, the village dignitaries, mobilized the villagers to rebuild the wooden communal house with yin and yang tiled roofs.
- In 1956: rebuilt the communal house, replaced yin and yang tiles with hook tiles and made a semicircular lake, built Ong Ho's temple, kitchen, hall, fence, ritual gate, feng shui project.
- In 1966: rebuild the Temple of Tien Hien, Nghi Mon...
- In 1990: replaced the roof system, sesame rafters, plastered the walls, replaced the water trough between the main hall and the main hall, installed the lighting system...
- 1995: restored the family home.
- 2007: replacing tiles in the communal house, rebuilding the kitchen...
Today, Dai Dien Trung communal house worships Thanh Hoang, Tien Hien, Hau Hien, Son Lam Lord General.
At present, the communal house still keeps the flags, couplets, bells, incense burners, lampstands, muzzles, etc., but there are no more ordinations due to being burned (lost) during the war. According to the old dignitaries, the communal house had three ordinations, but during the years of fighting against the French colonialists (1945 - 1954) the communal house was burned down, so up to now, the communal house can no longer keep any ordination.
According to the tradition, the Dai Dien Trung communal house festival takes place every two days from the 9th to the 10th of the third lunar month. This is the Spring Festival to pray for peace. If there is singing boi, the festival lasts from three to four days.
During the years of resistance war against the French colonialists and the invading US imperialists, Dai Dien Trung communal house became the place to summon villagers to participate in rallies, demonstrations, and foster revolutionary cadres. During the revolutionary movement in August 1945, villagers gathered at the communal house and moved to the Tuan Vu palace in Thanh Dien Khanh to support the Viet Minh and generals in taking power back to the people. After the success of the August Revolution, the first National Assembly election day took place across the country (January 6, 1946), Dai Dien Trung communal house was honored to be chosen as a local election cluster and this became the day of the election. great assembly of the people.
In 1965, after nearly a year of co-operation, I liberated seven communes: Dien Son, Dien Dien, Dien Lam, Dien Tho, Dien Phuoc, Dien Loc, and Dien Phu.
