Formerly Dai Dien communal house in Dai An village, in the reign of King Tu Duc, Dai Dien was divided into 4 villages, so 3 other communal houses were born forming four Dai Dien hamlets.

Dai Dien village is also known as Dai An village, there is only one communal house for worshiping, because of the growing population, large land, difficult to manage, during the reign of King Tu Duc to facilitate Convenient in management, Dai Dien is divided into 4 villages (Dai Dien Dong, Dai Dien Tay, Dai Dien Nam, Dai Dien Trung). Not only the land, the population is divided equally among 4 villages, but the property of the communal house is also divided equally among the villages to bring back to create their own village. Dai Dien Dong communal house retains the main hall.

The communal house was bestowed with ordination, but during the resistance war against the French court it was burned and the number of ordinations bestowed was completely destroyed.

The communal house was built to worship Ban Canh Thanh Hoang; Former sages: Nguyen Van Phu, Nguyen Van Nghiem; The late sage opened the body: Ngo Phuoc Khuong, Do Kim Ban, Trieu Van Tra, Ky Nuong, Ngoc Khoan, worshiped the heroic martyrs.

The great communal house was designed in the style of a stamen, one compartment, two wings. Currently, the structure of the wooden frame of the main hall is suspended, the rest is made of lime and sand. The roof top is emblazoned with the image of "Carp crossing the five gates".

The separation between the sacrifice and the main hall are wooden doors designed in the style of "Bong Bung", in the middle is the Council altar, the two sides are the Ta ban and Huu ban altars. The God altar is a wooden altar with a mother-of-pearl inlaid three-piece set; Above is a sheet of cloth from the reign of King Tu Duc with 4 Chinese characters "Thien Tuc Kha Phong".

The structure of the wooden frame part of the main hall: is made in the style of four ancient pillars, because of the truss-style roof, from each female column, there are 3 auxiliary trusses that are mortised from the body near the top of the column to support the force of the roof. eat dreams on the walls of the great hall.

In 1946, the communal house was the headquarters of the Military Command of Bac Dien Khanh. From 1946 to 1949, there was a Le Duong Au Phi Company guarding the communal house.

On October 30, 1946, a protest from Dai Dien Trung merged with the delegation of Dien Son commune and pulled into Dai Dien Dong communal house where the French occupied a garrison. They drove out the donkeys, knocked our people down and took more than 30 people to the detention station. A day later, a demonstration of more than 300 people flocked to the French army station stationed at Dai Dien Dong communal house to demand the release of those arrested the day before. At the end of 1946, the French turned Dai Dien Dong communal house into a prison for detention, torture, shackles on the spot, arresting and killing key cadres and loyal party members to destroy the movement... They were buried in turn. living and killing the pioneer party members: Huynh Ngoc Chau, Phan Phuoc Tram, Le Trong, Luong Ngam, Huynh Buc... The above comrades were hanged and shot by the French at Dai Dien Dong communal house, hanged from a tree. Sung old and buried in one grave is now the semicircular lake of the communal house.

The relic preserves the traditional cultural festival, showing typical cultural activities and beliefs of the people of Khanh Hoa. The communal house was classified by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee as a provincial-level historical and cultural relic in 2005.
